Vegetarian Soup Recipes – Carrot Bean Soup
Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Butter
1/2 cup – Carrot finely chopped
1/2 cup – French Beans finely chopped
1 cup – White sauce
2 cup – White stock
1/4 cup – Cheese
1/2 tsp – Pepper
Salt to taste
Method:
Par boil the vegetables and strain.
Melt the butter over medium heat and add the vegetables, saute for 2 -3 mins.
Add white stock and white sauce mix well.
Let the soup come to a boil. Serve hot with bread.
