Vegetarian Soup RecipesVegetarian Soup Recipes - 3Thai Coconut Cream Soup Ingredients: 2 tbsp - Sesame Oil 1/4 cup - Green beans cut in wide strips or snow peas 1/4 cup - Broccoli 2 tbsp - Green or Red curry paste 1/2 cup - Tofu cut into strips 1 No - Aubergine small diced 1 tbsp - Light soy sauce 2 cup - Vegetable clear stock 2 cup - Coconut milk thick + 1 tbsp corn flour 1/4 cup - Basil fresh 1 No - Green or Red chillies slit 1 tbsp - Lemon grass Salt to taste Method: Heat oil in a pan, add the curry paste to it and fry. Add the vegetables and let it cook in the paste till well coated. Add the vegetable stock, coconut milk and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Let the mix cook till the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients with the tofu. Garnish with chillies and serve hot. Set of Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves, Lemon Grass, Galangal, Thai Chili 
Soup Recipes - 4 Sweet Corn Soup 
Ingredients: 1 cup - Sweet corn cream style 1 cup - Sweet corn kernels 1 1/2 cup - Water 1 No - Stock cube 1 No - Garlic minced 1/2 tbsp - Soy sauce 1 tsp - Sugar 1/4 tsp - White Pepper 1/2 tsp - Ajinomoto or MSG Garnish: 1 tsp - Green chillies in vinegar 1 tbsp - Spring onion green chopped Method: Add 1/2 water and stock cube (crumble) to a large pan. Bring to a boil until fragrant, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil. Garnish with spring onion greens and chilli vinegar serve hot.
