Vegetarian Pasta Recipes – Soy Mince Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Oil
200 gms – Spaghetti
1 No – Pepper large sliced
1/4 cup – Soy mince (quorn)
1/4 tsp – Red chilli powder
2 tbsp – Cheese grated (optional)
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Cook pasta and keep aside.
If you using dry soy then soak it in water for at least an hour so that it get soft. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and saute peppers for about 2 mins.
Reduce heat and add soy mince stirring continuously. Or else they will stick to the pot and burn.
Add the seasonings, cheese and mix.
Add spaghetti mix well and serve hot.
