Vegetarian Pasta Recipes – Broccolini Pasta
Ingredients:
150 gms – Spaghetti
2 tbsp – Chilli oil
1 tbsp – Cashews roasted sliced
1 tbsp – Vinegar
18 cup – Broccolini sliced
1/8 cup – Spring greens chopped
3 No – Garlic minced
1/4 cup – Cheese
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat chilli oil in a pan when real hot add the garlic and broccolini stir fry on a high flame for 3-4 mins.
Add the cashews and spring greens and cook for further 2 mins.
Add the pasta, drizzle vinegar and cheese toss till well combined.
