Vegetarian Burger Recipe – Tandoori Panner Burger
Ingredients:
Burger buns
1/4 cup – Oil
1 cup – Panner or cottage cheese grated
1 No – Red onion medium finely chopped
2 No – Potatoes large boiled mashed
1 tsp – Garlic minced
1 tsp – Red chilli minced
2 tbsp – Tandoori paste
3-4 No – Bread slices
1/4 cup – Semolina (rava) roasted
Salt to taste
Method:
Buy panner which is hard in texture. If using the regular soft one press and drain out all the water.
Blend the bread in a food processor.
Mix the 2nd to 7th ingredients in a pan.
Roll out the dough to make patties. Shape burgers perfectly by using Weston Non-Stick Single Hamburger
Adjust seasoning and addmore bread if needed.
Roll it in the semonlina.
Heat a heavy based pan (preferably cast iron) and add 2-3 tbsp of oil.
Place the patties on it and let it cook till brown on both sides.
Drain and serve.
