Salad Mix

Ingredients:
1 tbsp - Butter or Olive oil
1/2 No - Carrot finely sliced
1/2 No - Green Pepper finely sliced
1/2 No - Onion finely sliced
1 cup - White sauce
1/2 cup - Cabbage finely sliced
1 No - Tomato finely sliced

Method:
Heat olive oil or butter and briefly fry the vegetables about 2 mins, except the tomatoes.
First add the carrot then the onion, pepper and cabbage together. (only need to get rid of the rawness, not cook the vegetables).
Prepare the white sauce and add in the vegetables, except tomatoes.
The tomatoes should be cut in half and the central portion should be scooped out.
When the mix cools then add the tomatoes, this way they remain firm and give a better taste.

You can use this salad mix for most of your burger recipes. If you wish add some grated cheese as well.
