Vegetarian Burger RecipeVegetarian Burger Recipe - 5Thai style Burger Ingredients: 5 No - Burger buns 1/4 cup - Oil 2 cup - Tofu 1/4 cup - Mushrooms very finely chopped 1 No - Carrot chopped finely 4 tbsp - Greens finely chopped 5 No - Bread crumbs 3 tbsp - Corn flour 1 tbsp - Soy sauce 1 tbsp - Basil leaves freshly chopped 5 tbsp - Thai red or green curry paste Salt to taste Method: Heat oil in a pan and saute carrots and mushrooms for about 2 mins. Break up the tofu in a food processor or mash it. Mix all the ingredients and seasonings. Grind the bread crumbs and add them to the tofu mix with some corn flour to get a firm dough. If you feel more seasoning is needed increase as per taste or if extra corn flour is needed for binding then add some. Roll out the dough to make patties.
