Vegetable Recipes – Szechuan Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Sesame Oil
100 gms – Chinese cabbage cut squares
100 gms – Cauliflower cut 1″ pieces
100 gms – Carrot cut 1″ pieces
100 gms – Green bean cut 1″ pieces
100 gms – Baby corn cut 1″ pieces
3 No – Spring onion chopped
1 inch – Ginger chopped
2 No – Garlic chopped
1 tbsp – Soy sauce +
1/4 cup – Water
1 tbsp – Chilli bean paste
1 tsp – Sugar
1 tbsp – Vinegar
1 tsp – Szechuan Peppercorns or pepper

Chilli bean paste
1/4 cup – Soya bean
10 No – Red chillies

Method:
Grind soya beans and red chillies to make chilli paste. Or use ready sauce House ofTsang Szechuan Spicy Sauce
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger, spring onions and chilli paste and fry for 1-2 mins.
Add the vegetables and cook till they are soft.
Add the liquid ingredients. Corn flour mixed with water and cook till they blend well 2-3 mins.
Serve hot with Sichuan/Szechuan sauce.
