Vegetable Recipes – Spiced Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Sesame oil
1 No – Zucchini medium broad chunks
8-10 No – Mushrooms halved
1 No – Pepper medium broad chunks
1 tbsp – Plain flour
1 No – Green onion chopped
2  No – Garlic clove minced
6 tbsp – Soy sauce
3 tbsp – Sugar
1/4 tsp – Peppercorns crushed
2 tbsp – Sesame seeds toasted

Method:
Whisk all ingredients together. Marinade for at least 1/2 hour or overnight.
Baste the vegetables with marinade and grill or stir fry over medium high flame.
