Vegetable Recipes – Raw Papaya & Water Melon Vegetable

Ingredients:
5 tbsp – Oil
2 cup – Raw papaya peeled finely sliced
3 No – Green chillies chopped
1 tsp – Curry leaves
1/2 tsp – Mustard seeds
4 tbsp – Gram flour
2 pinch turmeric
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, green chillies and turmeric and cook for a min.
Add the papaya and t and continue to cook till soft but firm enough to bite into.
Then add the gram flour and salt and stir well.
Cook till done.

Water Melon Vegetable

Ingredients:
2 tsp – Oil
2 cup – Water melon peeled finely sliced
2 No – Green chillies chopped
1 tsp – Curry leaves
1/2 tsp – Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
2 pinches of red chilli powder
2 pinches of turmeric
Salt to taste

Method:
Cut the base of the melon i.e. the white and little of the red part into small pieces.
Heat oil and add the seeds. Once they splinter add the rest with a little water and cook for a while.
Same way cook musk melon.
