Vegetable Recipes – Raw Mango Vegetable
Ingredients:
2 tsp – Oil
2 No – Raw mango sliced (keri)
2 No – Green chillies chopped
1/4 tsp – Mustard seeds
1 No – Garlic grated
3 tbsp – Coconut grated
1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
2 pinches turmeric
2 Pinches asafoetida
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil and add the seeds. Once they splinter add the rest with a little water and cook for a while.
Then add the mango slices and cook further. Serve hot.
