Vegetable Recipes – Patta Gobi Ki Sabzi
Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Oil
1 No – Cabbage head small shredded finely chopped
1 No – Onion small finely chopped
1 No – Tomato small finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp – Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp – Tamarind pulp
1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
1 No – Jaggery small piece
Tadka
2 No – Dry red chillies (small variety)
1/4 tsp – Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp – Urad dal
8 No – Curry leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Then heat oil in a pan and add the tadka.
Once it splinters add the onion and cook till brown.
Add tomatoes and seasonings and cook till tomatoes get soft (7-10 mins).
Add the cabbage cover and cook over low heat till done.
Turn off heat and serve.
