Vegetable Recipes – Palak Do Pyaza

Ingredients:
3 bunches – Spinach finely chopped
1/4 kg – Panner
3 tbsp – Oil
2  No – Onion large diced
1 tbsp – Tomato puree
1 No – Tomato diced small
1/2 tsp – Cumin seed
1 tbsp – Green chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
4 No – Garlic finely chopped
1/2 tbsp – Garam masala
1/8 tsp – Pepper
1/4 tsp – Kesuri methi
2 tbsp – Fresh Cream

Method:
Cut the panner in squares and grill them or you could choose to fry as well.

Heat oil a pan and when hot add cumin.
When the cumin spilt add onions and saute till light brown.
Then add garlic and green chillies cook till brown.
To it add finely chopped tomato and tomato paste.
When the mix cooks well add the masalas.
Spinach will leave water so let the mix cook till most of the water evaporates.
Then add the fresh cream and kesuri.
Mix well and add panner.

Kesuri Methi
Heat a pan and add kesuri and keep tossing it till fragrant.
Turn off heat let it cool a little. Mince the powder with your fingers and then sprinkle.
