Vegetable Recipes – Mushroom Babycorn Masala

Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Oil
1/4 cup – Mushroom quartered
1/2 cup – Baby corns diced
4 No – Shallot diced
1 tbsp – Garlic finely chopped
2 No – Green chillies finely chopped
2 tbsp – Mint finely chopped
2 tbsp – Coriander finely chopped
1/2 cup – Yogurt
1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp – Cumin powder
1/2 tsp – Garam masala
1/2 tsp – Chaat masala
Black salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add the shallots, corns, chillies and garlic cook over low flame till brown.
Then add the mushrooms and seasonings and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add the yogurt mix well and cook for few more minutes.
Serve hot.
