Vegetable Recipes – Mooli Ki Sabzi

Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Oil
2 No – Mooli large grated (raddish)
1 No – Onion medium grated
1 tsp – Coriander powder
1/4 tsp – Cumin seed
1/4 tsp – Red chilli powder
1 tbsp – Yogurt
1/8 tsp – Turmeric
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil and add cumin seeds and once it crackles add onion and cook till brown.
Add the seasonings and continue to cook for a min.
Beat the yogurt and add it stir for a min or two.
Add mooli and cook till done.
