Vegetable Recipes – Matar Khoya Sabzi
Ingredients:
1 cup – Peas boiled
1 tbsp – Oil
1 No – Onion grated
1 No – Tomato chopped peeled
1 tsp – Garam masala
1/2 tsp – Green chilly paste
1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
1/8 tsp – Nutmeg grated
1/8 cup – Milk
2-3 tbsp – Khoya/mawa
1/4 tsp – Kesuri methi or
1 tbsp – Coriander
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add the onion, ginger, garlic paste and cook till brown.
Then add the tomatoes and masalas and cook for few mins.
Blend milk, nutmeg and mawa in a processor and add it to the mix. Cook over low flame sitrring for a while.
Add the peas and cook further. Garnish with kesuri or coriander and serve.
