Vegetable Recipes – Masala Bhindi

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp – Oil
200 gms – Okra slit

Masala
1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
1/4 inch – Cinnamon stick
3 No – Cloves
2 No – Green chillies
1 inch – Ginger chopped
1/2 tsp – Anardana (pomegranate seeds)
1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
Salt to taste

Method:
Grind to make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan add the paste and cook for 3-5 mins.
Then add the okra and cook till done (if required add more oil or few drops of water).
