Vegetable Recipes – Hoisin Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Sesame Oil
1/2 cup – Vegetable broth
2  No – Spring onion chopped
1/4 cup – Pepper chopped
1/4 cup – Mushrooms chopped
1/4 cup – Tofu diced
1/4 cup – Broccoli chopped
3  tbsp – Soy sauce
1/2 tsp – Ginger minced
1/2 tsp – Sugar
2  tbsp – Rice Wine Vinegar
3 No – Garlic minced
1 tsp – Cornstarch
3 tbsp – Hoisin sauce

Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry the tofu till pink.
Add the vegetables and 1 tbsp soy sauce continue to fry over medium heat. Set aside.
Mix the liquid ingredients, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sugar and hoisin sauce. Traditional Orient flavour Koon Chun Hoisin Sauce
Simmer them over a low heat for about 5-7 mins till the mix thickens.
Add the sauce and combine well.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Replace with mock meat or any vegetable  of your choice.
