Vegetable Recipes – Five Spice Vegetables

Ingredients:
1/2 cup – Zucchini chopped
1/2 cup – Mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup – Peppers chopped
1/2 cup – Carrots chopped
1/2 cup – Cauliflower chopped
2 No – Garlic cloves minced
1 No – Onion chopped
1/2 cupĀ  – Orange juice
1/2 tbsp – Corn starch
1/2 tsp – Chinese five spice powder
1/4 tsp – Red chilly finely chopped
2 tbsp – Soy sauce
1 tbsp – Honey

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add the garlic and chillies and fry for 30 secs.
Add the vegetables and cook for 3-5 mins.
Then add the remaining ingredients cook for an additonal 3-5 mins.
Turn off heat and serve.
