Vegetable Recipes – Chilli Garlic Vegetables
Ingredients:
4 tbsp – Oil
1/4 cup – Tofu thick 1″ slices
1/4 cup – Baby corns thick slices
1/4 cup – Aubergines or eggplant thick 1″ slices
1 tsp – Ginger roots grated
2 No – Shallots chopped
5 tbsp – Broth/water
1 tsp – Honey
1/8 cup – Chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp – Soy sauce
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
3 tbsp – Coriander chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the tofu, aubergines and baby corns till golden brown. Or grill the vegetables till brown.
Heat oil in a pan add shallots and ginger cook till pink.
Add the sauce and seasonings and cook for 2-3 mins.
