Vegetable Recipes – Capsicum Besan

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Oil
1/4 tsp – Mustard seeds
3 No – Peppers large chopped
2 No – Spring greens chopped
2 No – Green chillies slit
1/4 tsp – Turmeric
1 tbsp – Gram flour (besan)
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add mustard and green chillies once they splinter add the vegetables.
Once they are soft add salt, besan and turmeric keeping stirring over low flame so that the vegetables are well coated.  (in 2-3 mins the rawness of the besan will disappear and sitrring will prevent it from getting burnt ).
Serve hot with rice or roti.

You can also add potatoes but adjust the seasoning likewise.
