Vegetable Recipes – Amrood Ki Sabzi
1 tbsp – Oil
1/2 bunch – Fenugreek leaves
3 No – Guava chopped deseeded
1 No – Onion chopped
1 No – Tomato peeled deseeded
1 No – Dry red chilli
1/4 tsp – Cumin seed
1/4 tsp – Ginger grated
1 tsp – Coriander powder
1/2 tsp – Garam Msala
1/8 tsp – Turmeric
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil and add cumin seeds, red chillies and once the cumin crackles add ginger, onion and cook till brown.
Add the seasonings and tomatoes and continue to cook for a while.
Then add the guavas and fenugreek leaves and stir well.
Then add some water and let the mix cook till done (if needed increase the spices as per taste).
