Vegetable Recipes – Aloo Gobi Fry

Ingredients:
1/4 cup – Oil
3 No – Potatoes chopped
1/4 cup – Cauliflower chopped
1 tbsp – Garam masala
1 No – Onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
Salt to taste

 Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes and cauliflower. Drain excess oil on kitchen paper towel and set aside.
Add onions to the same pan and fry till golden brown. Drain and grind.
Return the mix to the pan and add the powders. Mix well.
Add the vegetables and let them simmer and cook for a few mins.
