Vegetable Recipes - 3


Vegetables in Honey chilli sauce


Ingredients:
2 tbsp - Oil
1/4 cup - Carrots chopped
3 No - Shallots chopped
1/2 cup - Baby corn slit
1/2 cup - Cabbage chopped
1 No - Pepper chopped
1 tsp - Garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup - Mushrooms halved
1/2 cup - Cauliflower or Broccoli chopped
1/2 cup - Honey chilli sauce


Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry shallots and garlic briefly.
Wild Thymes Chili Ginger Honey Marinade Add the remaining vegetables and stir fry on a high flame.
Cook till the vegetables turn slightly brownish and then add the sauce.
Simmer and cook for about 5-7 mins till well combined.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
You can add any other vegetable of your choice.



Recipe - 4


Vegetables in Green chilli sauce


Ingredients:
2 tbsp - Oil
1 No - Red pepper large thick chunks
1 No - Red onion large thick chunks
1 cup - Cottage cheese or Tofu thick chunks
1/2 cup - Cabbage thick chunks
1/2 cup - Green chilli sauce


Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add the red onions and saute for about 2 mins.
Add cottage cheese and cook until lightly golden, about 5 minutes.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few more minutes, till cooked.
Add the sauce.
Simmer and cook for a while.
Serve over rice if desired. Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone
You can substitute with vegetables of your choice. You can also make stir fry or roasted potatoes in green chilli sauce.
