Vegetable RecipesVegetable Recipes - 1 Guava Vegetable (Amrood Sabzi) Ingredients: 1 tbsp - Oil 1/2 bunch - Fenugreek leaves 1 No - Guava chopped deseeded 1 No - Onion chopped 1 No - Tomato peeled deseeded 1 No - Dry red chilli 1/4 tsp - Cumin seed 1/4 tsp - Ginger 1 tsp - Coriander powder 1/2 tsp - Garam Msala 1/8 tsp - Turmeric Salt to taste Free spice sample of your choice click here Method: Heat oil and add cumin seeds, red chillies and once the cumin crackles add ginger, onion and cook till brown. Add the seasonings and tomatoes and continue to cook for a while. Then add the guavas and fenugreek leaves and stir well. Then add some water and let the mix cook till done (if needed increase the spices as per taste).
