Thanksgiving Appetizers – Sour Cream Toasts

Ingredients:
Thinly sliced toasted breads
1 No – Cucumber peeled roundel
1 No – Tomato roundels
7-8 No – Olives
7-8 No – Jalapenos
2 tbsp – Sweet corns
Few lettuce leaves

Dressing
1/2 cup – Cottage cheese
1/2 cup – Sour cream
1/2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp – White wine
1 No – Garlic clove
Salt to taste

Method:
Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender.
Apply the dressing on some of the bread slices.
Add the vegetables and garnish with lettuce leaves. Top with another slice. Serve.
