Simple AppetizersSimple Appetizers - 5 Dry fruit Spinach Phyllo Ingredients: 4 tbsp - Butter 8-10 No - Phyllo wrap 1 cup - Spinach 2 tbsp - Raisins 4 tbsp - Walnuts chopped 1 No - Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup - Cheddar cheese 1 No - Lemon juice 1/8 tsp - Nutmeg 1/8 tsp - Cinnamon Salt to taste Pepper to taste Method: Heat butter in a pan and add the onion and spinach and cook till it becomes soft. Remove and allow it to cool. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the spinach to it and mix well. Roll out the wrapper and on a clean surface and brush it with butter. Place another wrapper and spoon the filling in it. Fold to form a log. Do the same with the remaining sheets and bake till golden brown. Diamond Shelled Walnuts Appetizer - 6 Sweet Chilli Noodles Ingredients: 1/2 cup - Fried noodles 4 tbsp - Cabbage juliennes 4 tbsp - Peppers juliennes 4 tbsp - Spring onion juliennes 4 tbsp - Tomato juliennes 1 tbsp - Coriander or spring greens 2 tbsp - Sweet chilli sauce Method: Boil the noodles drain and set aside for a while. Then fry them till crisp. To the fried noodles add all the ingredients. Garnish with greens and serve.
