Sauce Recipes – Red Garlic Sauce & Sesame Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Oil
1 tbsp – Garlic clove finely chopped
2 tbsp – Spring white head finely chopped
2 tbsp – Chinese celery finely chopped
1 tsp – Green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp – Onion finely chopped
2 tbsp – Tomato puree
2 tsp – Soy sauce
1 tbsp – Red chilli paste
1/4 tsp – Sugar
1 tsp – Vinegar
Pinch of MSG (as required)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, chillies and garlic for 2-3 mins.
Add the rest and continue to cook for a while (5-7 mins).
Cool the sauce and store. Get the perfect flavour with Huy Fong Garlic Chili Sauce
Sesame Sauce
Ingredients:
2/3 cup – Sesame seeds toasted
1/4 cup – Soy sauce
1/4 cup – Sesame oil
1 tbsp – Vinegar
4 tbsp – Water
1 No – Garlic clove crushed
2 tsp – Red pepper crushed
1 tsp – White onion chopped
Method:
Grind the seeds in a blender.
Add the rest and blend till well combined.
