Salad in Thousand Island


Ingredients:
1 No - Onion finely sliced
1 No - Tomato finely sliced
1 No - Pepper finely sliced
3 No - Lettuce leaves finely sliced
1/4 cup - Corns boiled (optional)
8 No - Olives (optional)
1/2 cup - Thousand island dressing


Method:
Chop and deseed the tomatoes.
Mix all and serve.

You can also boil and add pasta.
You may replace tomatoes with cherry tomatoes and lettuce with cabbage. Or add any other combination as per your taste. Kraft Free Thousand Island Fat Free Dressing


Recipe - 16


Chaat Salad


Ingredients:
1/4 cup - Green gram sprouted
1 No - Onion diced
1 No - Green pepper diced
1 No - Cucumber diced
1 No - Potato boiled diced
1/4 tsp - Green chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp - Dry mango powder
1 tbsp - Chaat masala
1 tbsp - Coriander finely chopped
Pinch or two of cumin powder
Salt to taste


Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients first and then the rest and serve. If needed adjust seasoning as per taste.
