Mushroom Olive Cocktail


Ingredients:
1/2 cup - Button mushrooms diced
7 No - Stuffed green olives
4 No - Cherry tomatoes
1 No - Red pimiento
1 No - Yellow pimiento
1 cup - Salad greens


Dressing
5 tbsp - Olive oil
1 tsp - Garlic chopped
1/4 tsp - Dried thyme
2 tbsp - Parsley chopped
3 tbsp - White vinegar
2 tbsp - Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


Method:
Mix the mushrooms lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper and chill for an hour.
Mix the remaining dressing ingredients till well combined.
Add the pimientos and olives to it and refrigerate separately for an hour. Place the greens in a serving plate and add the salad. Toss lighlty and serve. Good Seasons Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix, Fat Free Italian


Salad Recipe - 4


Kimchi Salad


Ingredients:
1 No - Chinese cabbage head chopped
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Garlic finely chopped
1/2 tbsp - Ginger finely chopped
1 tsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp - Salt
2 tbsp - Vinegar

Method:
