Rice Recipes – Mushroom Rice

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Oil
3  cup – Mushrooms mixed (button, portobello, shitake etc)
1 cup – Rice cooked
4 No – Garlic cloves
1 inch – Ginger sliced
1 tbsp – Light soy sauce
1 tbsp – Sugar
2 tbsp – Schezuan stir fry sauce
2 No – Spring onion whole chopped
2 tbsp – Parsley
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add the sugar and cook till it turns black.
Add the spring whites, garlic and ginger and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add the mushrooms and stir fry on high heat for 2 mins.
Add the sauce and seasonings. Mix well.
Add the rice garnish with spring greens.
