Rice Recipes – Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp – Oil
1/2 tbsp – Butter
2 cup – Rice cooked
1/8 cupĀ  – Mushrooms chopped shredded
4 tbsp – Spring greens shredded
1 No – Carrot large shredded
1/8 cup – Runner beans shredded
1/4 tsp – Ginger grated
1 No – Veg seasoning cube crushed
1-2 tbsp – Light soy sauce
1/8 tsp – Ajinomoto
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:
Soak the rice for 1-2 hours and then cook (make sure the rice grains remain slightly firm not too soft). Drain and set aside (if possible try and cook the rice about 1-2 hours before making the actual recipe, for better results).

Heat oil and butter in a pan add the vegetables and ginger cook till soft but firm.
Add the seasonings mix well.
