Rice Recipes – Corn Rice
Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Oil
1 cup – Rice
1 No – Bay leaf
2 No – Spring white diced
1/4 cup – Corns boiled
3 tbsp – Green peppers diced
1 No – Tomato diced
1 tbsp – Garlic paste
1 tbsp – Ginger paste
1 tbsp – Green chilli paste
1/2 tsp – Garam masala
Salt to taste
Method:
Make sure each piece of rice is well separated.
Heat the oil in a pan, and when hot, fry the onions until fragrant.
Add the ginger garlic green chilli paste and continue to cook for a min.
Add the vegetables and fry for 3-5 mins.
Add the seasoning and cook further.
Serve hot with lentils or curry.
