Rice RecipesRice Recipes - 13 Coconut Rice Ingredients: 2 tbsp - Oil 1 cup - Rice 1/4 tsp - Curry leaves 1/4 tsp - Mustard seeds 2 No - Red chilli (break) 1/4 tsp - Ginger grated 1/2 cup - Coconut grated 1/4 tsp - Yellow split lentil (channa dal) 1/4 tsp - White gram lentil (urad dal) Salt to taste Method: Heat oil in a large saucepan and add the seeds. Once they splinter add ginger, chillies and coconut and fry for 1-2 min over a low flame. Add rice. Adjust seasoning if needed. Recipe - 14 Easy Spanish Rice Ingredients: 1 tbsp - Butter 1 No - Onion small 1 cup - Rice 1/2 cup - Tomatoes chopped 1/4 tsp - Chilli powder 1/4 tsp - Taco seasoning 1/4 tsp - Garlic Salt to taste Method: Heat butter in a large saucepan and fry onion till translucent. Add the tomatoes and seasoning and continue to cook for 3-5 mins. Add the rice and mix well. Serve. You can also try Kitchens Of India Kashmiri Basmati Rice Pilaf with Vegetables & Nuts You may choose to add all the ingredients to the rice and cook. Or do it separately.
