Ingredients: 1 tbsp - Oil 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds 5 No - Tomatoes chopped 1 1/4 cup - Rice 1 No - Onion large chopped 6 No - Garlic clove finely chopped 1/2 inch - Ginger grated 1 No - Green pepper large chopped 1 No - Whole dry red chilli 1 tbsp - Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp - Coriander chopped (optional) Pinch of turmeric Salt to taste Get SUM NUTS! Buy Badshah Pav Bhaji Masala Variation Ingredients: 1 tbsp - Ghee 1 cup - Rice 1/2 cup - Peas (optional) 1 No - Onion large chopped 1/4 tsp - Ginger 1 No - Bay leaf 4 No - Peppercorns 3 No - Cloves 1 No - Cinnamon stick 1 tbsp - Coriander seeds Salt to taste Method: Heat a dry pan and add the dry spices and cook on medium flame till fragrant. Grind the onion and ginger to form a paste. Add ghee to the pan and fry the paste till brown. Grind the masala without water. Add the peas and masala and cook. Add rice and mix well.
