Ingredients: 2 tbsp - Oil 8 No - Bread slices 1 No - Pepper finely chopped 1 cup - Cottage cheese (panner) 1 No - Cheese cube 1/2 No - Carrot grated 2 tbsp - Refined flour 2 tbsp - Hot and sweet chilli sauce 1 tsp - Ketchup Salt to taste Pepper to taste Method: Mix peppers, cheese, carrot, panner, sauce and pepper together. Cut the curst of the bread and flatten it using a rolling pin. Prepare a thick batter of water and corn flour. Add some filling to the flatten bread side and seal it using the flour paste. Repeat through out. Heat oil in a pan and dip the bread in the batter and fry till golden. Slice the bread into 1/2 and then serve hot with chutney or any dipping sauce of your choice. Buy Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe - 8 Mushroom Chilli Ingredients: 1 tbsp - Oil/Butter 1/2 cup - Mushroom chopped 1 No - Onion sliced 1/8 tsp - Turmeric 1 tbsp - Soy sauce 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce Salt to taste Paste 3 tbsp - Garlic chopped 10 No - Dry red chillies (non spicy variety) 1/4 tsp - Ginger Method: Grind the paste ingredients and set aside. Mix soy, turmeric and salt. Marinate the mushrooms in it for 10 mins. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown. Add the paste and mix well. Add the rest and cook for a few minutes. Serve.
