Party Food Appetizers – Thai Style Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
1/2 cup – Oil
Few spring roll strips
1/2 cup – Thin Noodles
1/4 cup – Bean sprouts or bean curd
3 tbsp – Green onion shredded
1/4 cup – Cabbage shredded
1/4 cup – Peppers shredded
4 tbsp – Carrot shredded
2 tbsp – Rice wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp – Ginger grated
1/2 tsp – Garlic grated
1 tbsp – Soy sauce
1/4 tsp – White pepper
1 tbsp – Unsalted peanut ground (option)
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak the noodles in water to soften them and then cut into short lengths and mix with vegetables.
Fry the garlic, ginger and onions till colour changes.
Then add the seasonings and peanuts and vegetables and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add the vegetables to each sheet and roll tightly and fry till golden brown.
