Ingredients: 1/2 cup - Oil 10 No - Spring roll strips 1/2 cup - Thin noodles 1/4 cup - Bean sprouts or bean curd 1/4 cup - Green onion 1/4 cup - Cabbage shredded 1/4 cup - Carrot grated 2 tbsp - Vinegar 1/4 tsp - Ginger grated 1/2 tsp - Garlic grated 1 tbsp - Soy sauce 1/4 tsp - White pepper Method: Soak the noodles in water to soften them and then cut into short lengths and mix with vegetables. Gefen Thin Noodles Gluten Free Fry the garlic, ginger and onions till colour changes and add them to the vegetables. Add the vegetables to each sheet and roll tightly and fry till golden brown.
