Noodle Recipe – Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients:
3 tbsp – Chilli oil
200 gms – Hakka noodles or any other
1 No – Dry red chilli
1/2 cup – Carrot shredded
1/2 cup – Green beans/baby corns sliced
1/2 cup – Celery/leek sliced
1 cup – Cabbage diced
1/2 cup – Mushrooms sliced
3 No – Spring onions sliced
1/2 cup – Broccoli sliced
1 tsp – Garlic crushed
2 tbsp – Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp – Salt
1/4 tsp – Pepper
1 tsp – Vinegar
7 cup – Water
1/4 tsp – MSG (optional)

Method:
Boil water in a pan.
To it add the noodles and let them cook till tender.
And then rinse them under cold water and set aside till they are dry.

Heat oil in a wok add all the vegetables and cook on a high flame.
Add the seasonings and fry till leaves light aroma.
Then add the noodles mix well. Serve hot.
