Noodle Recipe – Pad Thai Noodles

Ingredients:
200 gms – Pad Thai Noodles
1 cup – Bean curd 1/2 inch cubes
4 No – Spring onions 1 inch sliced
1/2 cup – Turnips sliced
4 tbsp – Peanut roasted or cashew nuts chopped
1/2 cup – Mushrooms sliced
1 cup – Bean sprouts
2 No – Garlic chopped
4 tbsp – Soy sauce
1 tsp – Red chilli sauce/red chillies minced
2 tsp – Sugar
1 tbsp – Tamarind pulp
1 No – Coriander spirg chopped
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan or wok and add bean curd briefly fry.
Add the vegetables 1/2 bean sprouts and peanuts cook further (2-3 mins).
Dissolve the tamarind in 3 tbsp water, add chilli sauce and soy mix well in a bowl.
Add noodles and seasonings stir and cook for few mins.
Just prior to serving add the remaining nuts and bean sprouts mix.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
