Noodle Recipe – Korean Style Noodles

Ingredients:
3 tbsp – Sesame oil
200 gms – Glass noodles or any other
2 No – White radish medium finely sliced
8-10 No – Mushrooms finely sliced
2 No – Carrot medium finely sliced
1/4 cup – Broccoli finely sliced
1/4 cup – Peppers finely sliced
1 tbsp – Garlic finely sliced
1 tbsp – Chillies finely sliced
1 tbsp – Garlic finely sliced
2 No – Scallions finely sliced chopped
1 tbsp – Sesame seeds toasted
6 No – Garlic cloves
3 tbsp – Sugar
5 No – Kaffir lime leaves
1/4 cup – Light soy sauce

Method:
Blend the last 4 ingredients along with 1 tsp oil until smooth.
Heat oil in a wok or a pan over high heat and the above mix and cook till hot and smoky.
Add the ginger, garlic and chillies and onions and cook for 2 mins.
Then add the vegetables and stir fry on high flame till tender but still firm.
Add the noodles mix well and top with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
