Noodle Recipe – Honey Lemon Chilli Noodles
Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Sesame oil
1 cup – Noodles
1/8 cup – Peas boiled
2 No – Shallots chopped
1 tsp – Garlic finely chopped
1 tsp – Ginger finely chopped
2 No – Chillies minced/ finely chopped
3 tbsp – Honey
1/4 tsp – White pepper
1/2 No – Lemon juice
1 tbsp – Light soy sauce
3 tbsp – Coriander chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil the noodles drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok/pan and stir-fry the garlic, ginger and chilli over a high heat for about 1 mins.
Add the shallots and cook till colour changes.
Add seasonings and peas cook for 2-3 mins.
Add the noodles mix well and serve.
