Noodle Recipe – Ginger Noodles

Ingredients:
1 tbsp – Chilli Oil
1 1/4 cup – Noodles Buy Nong Shim Shin Noodle
1/4 cup – Mixed chinese greens
1 No – Spring onion sliced
2 tbsp – Ginger finely sliced
1 tbsp – Light soy sauce
1 tsp – Vinegar
1 tbsp – Chilli sauce/ chilli paste
1 tbsp – Tomato paste
Salt to taste

Method:
Prepare the chilli oil atleast 2 days in advance.
Heat it in a pan and then add onion, ginger and fry briefly.
Add the vegetables and cook over high flame till soft but firm enough to bite into.
Add the seasoning and cook for 2 mins. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Add noodles mix well cook for further 2 mins and serve.
You may choose to garnish with toasted sesame seeds/squash seeds.
