Noodle Recipe - 11


Soy nugget Noodles


Ingredients:
200gms - Noodles
2 tbsp - Chilli Oil
5 No - Baby corns chopped
1/4 cup - Mushrooms chopped
1 No - Red pepper chopped
1/4 cup - Soy nuggets
1/4 cup - Greens chopped
2 No - Dry red chilli
2 No - Spring onions sliced
4 No - Garlic cloves
1 tsp - Chinese parsley
1 No - Celery finely chopped
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
1/4 tsp - Cornstarch (optional)
1 tbsp - Peanuts
1 tsp - Vinegar
1/4 cup - Stock
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a wok or pan to medium heat. Add red chilli, onion, celery, greens and cook, for 2 mins.
Then add the remaining vegetables and continue to cook for 2-3 mins.
Add parsley and liquid ingredients and bring to a boil.
Stir cornstarch into 1 tbsp of cold water and add to the pan.
Stir until the sauce is thickened. Then turn off the heat.
Add the noodles and mix well. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and serve.


Recipe - 12


Lo Mein noodles


Ingredients:
3 tbsp - Oil
200gms - Lo mein noodles
1/2 No - Celery chopped
5 No - Bamboo shoots
7 No - Mushrooms chopped
5 No - Snow peas chopped
1 No - Onion chopped
1 No - Scallion chopped
1 No - Bell pepper chopped
1/4 cup - Sprouts
1 tbsp - Teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tsp - Ginger grated
1/8 tsp - White pepper
Pinch of 5 spice powder
Salt to taste


Method:
Heat a little oil in a large pan or wok and saute the vegetables till tender.
Add remaining oil, teriyaki, seasoning and soy sauce mixture to the pan along with the cooked noodles. Ka-Me Wide Lo Mein Noodles
Allow the mix to cook for another 5-7 mins, stirring frequently till done. Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade
