Lentil Stew – Potato Coconut Stew

Ingredients:
5 No – Potatoes
1/2 cup – Red lentil cooked
2 No – Onions sliced
2 cup – Coconut milk
1/4 cup – Coconut grated
2 No – Green chillies finely sliced
8 No – Garlic finely sliced
1 tsp – Ginger finely sliced
1 tbsp – Curry leaves chopped
1 tsp – Lime juice
Salt to taste

Masala
1 tsp – Coriander seeds
1 tsp – Cumin seeds
4 No – Cloves
1 inch – Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp – Aniseed
1/2 tsp – Pomogranated seeds
1 tsp – Peppercorns
4 No – Cardamom

Method:
Dry roast and powder the masala.
Heat a pan add the potatoes, seasonings and masala powder.
Cook for a while (8-10 mins) and serve hot with rice.
