Mechanism
This model comes with three attachments:
A flat beater which rotates around the bowl, but is high enough to prevent any scratching caused from constant friction with the bottom of the bowl during usage. Good for making batter, meat loaves, etc.
Secondly, a wire whip for egg whites, mayonnaise, and more air-infused creations. Thirdly, a hook for mixing and kneading yeast doughs.
