Healthy Cooking Recipes – Vegetable Grill

Ingredients:
1 No – Red onion chunky pieces
1 No – Sweet potato/potato chunky pieces
1 No – Zucchini chunky pieces
3 No – Peppers (red, yellow, green)
1/2 cup – Butter milk
1 tbsp – Chives chopped
2 tbsp – Hot pepper sauce or
2 tbsp – Lemon juice
1 tbsp – Lemon zest grated
4 No – Garlic cloves minced
Sea salt to taste

Method:
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Add the vegetables and combine well. Let the mix stand for 4-5 hours.
Drain out any excess liquid and grill the vegetables till done.
Garnish with additional chives and serve.
