Healthy Cooking Recipes – Garlic Mustard Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Oil
8 No – Garlic cloves minced
15 No – Spinach leaves shredded
1 No – Red onion sliced
1/4 cup – Beans cooked
1 No – Pepper large sliced
1 No – Zucchini large sliced
2 tbsp – Malt vinegar
1 tbsp – Mustard paste
1/4 tsp – Pepper
1/2 tsp – Brown sugar
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and cook the beans and vegetables for 2 mins.
Mix the garlic, liquids and seasonings in a bowl and pour. Mix well.
Pour over the vegetable mix and stir for a minute. Serve.
