Healthy Cooking Recipes – Corn Bean Burittos
Ingredients:
4 No – Flour tortillas
250 gms – Black beans (cooked) or
250 gms – Refried beans
1 No – Swee corn tin small (100 gms)
1 No – Tomato chopped
1/2 cup – Lettuce shredded
1/2 cup – Salsa spicy
1 No – Geen onion finely chopped
1 No – Tomato diced finely
2 tbsp – Burrito seasoning
1/2 cup – Low fat cheese
Low fat sour cream
Method:
Mix the cheese and seasoning with beans.
Mix tomato, lettuce, corn, chillies, tomatoes and onions.
Place the warmed tortillas on a plate.
Spoon the bean mixutre and corn mixture.
Add the salsa on it.
Arrange in a baking dish and bake for 20 mins.
Serve with sour cream.
