Healthy Cooking Recipes – Cauliflower Wraps

Ingredients:
1 No – Cauliflower small grated
1 tsp – Ginger finely chopped
1 tsp – Garlic finely chopped
2 No – Green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp – Garam masala
1/8 tsp – Cumin powder
Salt to taste

Paste Mix
2 tbsp – Olive oil
1/4 cup – Sun-dried tomatoes
10 No – Black olives pitted finely chopped Buy Sicilian Green and Black Olives
2 No – Garlic clove crushed
1/4 cup – Basil leaves
1/2 No – Lemon juice
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Method:
Grind the paste ingredients except for olives.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chilli till brown.
Add the seasonings and grated cauliflower and cook for 2-3 mins.
Warm the tortillas and wrap the mix in it and serve with the above dipping sauce.
